I am licensed to provide in-person therapy in Virginia and Florida. Through PSYPACT authorization, I am also able to provide telehealth services to clients in participating PSYPACT states outside of Virginia. Click HERE for a map of eligible states that are part of PSYPACT.

Virtual Therapy
This high-impact virtual intensive is ideal for those seeking deeper healing without the limitations of weekly therapy sessions.
What's Included:
- 90-minute consultation and personalized treatment planning session: detailed history, select core targets for EMDR therapy
- Customized workbook tailored to your treatment goals
- Guided nervous system preparation
- 3 days of focused EMDR (TBD)
- 5 hours of treatment per day (TBD)
(2.5 hour morning session / lunch break / 2.5 hour afternoon session)
- Follow-up session of 90 min virtually, determine continuity of care
- Conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform

In Person Therapy
This immersive format allows for concentrated therapeutic work beyond the limitations of traditional weekly therapy sessions. Located in Aldie, Virginia

- 5 hours of treatment per day
(2.5 hour morning session / lunch break / 2.5 hour afternoon session) - Follow-up session of 90 min virtually, determine continuity of care
- In-person, distraction-free setting
Investment:
- 1 Day Intensive: $1920 (8 hours total)
- 3 Day Intensive: $4,320 (18 hours total)
Investment lodging not included , local hotels recommended upon request. 10% discount for all medical personnel and first responders.
Hourly Therapy Services
I offer EMDR therapy in 90-minute sessions upon request. Extended sessions may be recommended to allow adequate time for processing in EMDR treatment.
Investment: 90 Minute session $360
Adjunctive EMDR Therapy
EMDR intensives can be offered as an adjunctive service in collaboration with a client’s primary therapist. This approach allows clients to engage in focused and brief EMDR work while continuing ongoing therapy with their established provider.
Adjunctive intensives may be helpful for:
- trauma and PTSD
- grief and traumatic loss
- distressing memories
- targeted treatment goals requiring deeper processing
In Person Group EMDR-GTEP
G-TEP (Group Traumatic Episode Protocol) is a structured, EMDR-based group approach designed to help individuals process traumatic or overwhelming experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Using grounding skills, guided reflection, and bilateral stimulation, G-TEP supports the brain’s natural healing process and can help reduce emotional distress related to trauma, grief, anxiety, and critical incidents.
G-TEP May be helpful for:
- Families grieving the loss of a loved one
- Group or family impacted by suicide loss
- First responders, firefighters, and law enforcement
- Groups affected by traumatic events such as fires, shootings, workplace violence, natural disasters, or other critical incidents
One of the unique aspects of G-TEP is that participants do not need to verbally share traumatic experiences in detail in order to benefit from the process.
Onsite group services are available upon request. Limited to 8 participants.
Investment: $600 per 90 Minute session (Approx. 4-6 session).
